A: A typical massage therapy session is between 45 and 90 minutes with a brief consultation, assessment of symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.  From this the Therapist will pose a personalized treatment plan based on the information gathered. The Massage Therapist will then instruct you how to get on the table, and asked you to undress to your comfort level while the Therapist is out of the room. The Massage Therapist will knock on the door to make sure you are ready before entering.
